At VOLMO, our multidisciplinary team is working on the development of innovative software technology for developing next generation software platform for patient specific device design and optimization. We are constantly looking for candidates who have good skills in C++/ QT/ITK/VTK/OpenGL /openCASCADE/ medical image processing /solid modelling.
Research Engineers
The successful candidate will have full responsibility for defining design specifications, developing image processing routines, resolving software interface problems, analyzing the system’s architecture, and producing quality software releases.
Desired Skills & Experience
• B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc /Ph.D.
• Strong skills in C, C++, Data Structure and Algorithms required.
• Some experience with ITK/VTK, opencv or image processing..
• Ability to write clearly and precisely communicate technical information effectively.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and debugging tools, and knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.) is a plus..
Responsibilities
- Involved individually or as a member of a team on software projects.
- Responsible for developing test case and demonstration novel algorithm.
- Responsible for creating or modifying existing code to add features and improve performance.
- Responsible for designing and developing modules and subsystems that integrate cleanly into an overall system design.
